At Focused on Cleaning, we believe that you are entitled to be satisfied when paying for any product or service. We are not satisfied with a product if it doesn’t do what our suppliers say it will and, in turn, we identify with you if you expect to be satisfied with our services.
Our guarantee is simple. At the end of the day, not all stains can be removed and not all carpet is revivable and some expectations with old carpet can be too high. However, at our initial inspection, our trained technicians will advise on tricky areas or areas of concern. In providing the service, our technicians will discuss with you the outcome they wish to achieve and will present the completed area as each room is completed. If you are not fully satisfied, they will redo the room at no extra cost. If you are not home when the service is carried out, we are only more than happy to return to your home and redo any room you may feel was not completed to the agreed satisfactory level. If your are not satisfied we then give you 100% of your MONEY BACK!
The Focused on Cleaning Bond Return Guarantee
We are so confident in our equipment and service that we offer a Bond Return Guarantee. This Guarantee provides you with the confidence you need, to know that your bond deposit won't be held up in relation to carpet cleaning, and if not cleaned to the rental standard, will be re-serviced at no extra charge.
In the initial inspection, all you have to do is produce your entry report, make sure that no litter is in the carpet and make sure that the carpet is in a reasonable state.
If you don't choose a professional and go with a cheaper carpet cleaner, you may end up having to use a professional in the end to bring it up to the rental standard. That means you pay twice and unfortunately, inferior service providers may lock in those hard to remove stains. So if your property manager is not happy we will return to your property to fix it. If they are still not happy we provide you with a 100% of your MONEY BACK!!
At Focused on Cleaning we back our clients up and you, not the Property Managers, are our client. If needed we can also provide information to tribunals. Most rental properties are photographed for this reason.

Conditions of Satisfaction Guarantee
Satisfaction pertains to a level of improvement not perfection as all carpet is in a state of wear and tear and can not be renewed to brand new.
The satisfaction guarantee is only for cleans first carried out with a written inspection and photos of areas. Please make sure your technician has indicated these have been carried out.
Satisfaction Guarantee is void if the carpet is found to have reoccuring stains because of inferior cleaning by a previous cleaner or an underlying stain in the backing or underlay. In this instance a quote will be done for the treatment of reoccuring stains and will be charged to the owner. In the case of a tenant it will be charged to the tenant with a written report and photos of areas to give to their property manager.
The guarantee may also be void if a pre inspection is not carried out or if a quote is carried out over the phone. Please discuss this when calling as we can provide it if all information regarding stains etc. is accurate and it is discussed with you when we arrive at your premises. the entry report must also be produced.
The Bond Return Guarantee is only available with the deluxe, standard and basic carpet steam cleaning packages. Not the economy clean.
If the carpet is in a state of disrepair our technicians will notify you before commencing as the carpet will obviously not be covered by the satisfaction guarantee and may however need a deeper clean as well. However, we will notify you before commencing and give you the freedom to choose whether to commence.
In the case of an exit clean all furniture must be removed from the house as walking through the house to retrieve furniture for removal may mark or ruin presentation of the carpet.
