CARPET CLEANING

How long will it take my carpet to dry?
In most cases, your carpet should be touch dry on completion. Our unique method of Carpet Cleaning allows us to extract up to 90% of the moisture. Though it should be noted that drying does depend on the weather, humidity, temperature and the amount of airflow that can be maintained through out the rooms. This allows the carpet to dry in hours, not days.

Can I walk on the carpets as soon as they are cleaned?
Of course. However, we do recommend that you walk on it with clean feet or clean shoes and remain in that area, as walking onto other hard surfaces can pick up grit and going back and forth can make the carpet soiled sooner. We do recommend a reasonable amount of time before resuming normal use.

How do I help my carpet to stay clean longer?
Foot mats should be placed at each entry as this tends to catch most of the grit that affects the cleanliness of the carpet. Regular vacuuming is also a key element in maintenance, especially in high traffic areas.

How often should my carpets be cleaned?
Carpet manufacturers recommend that they be cleaned every 12 months. This schedule would deplete the amount of dust mites and dust mite droppings that may cause illness and encourage asthma. However, it all depends on the amount of traffic and the amount of activities that take place in the area. Some commercial carpets may need to be done every 3-6 months because of the high traffic flow.

Can I get an accurate quote over the phone?
Of course. The accuracy of the quote depends solely on the information given. Our trained staff will give you an approximate quote for what the cost will be, depending on the level of soiling. Please let our sales people know if you think your carpets are more soiled than average. Our technicians never add prices onto the quoted approximations when inspecting unless extra rooms or items are added by you.

Are you covered by insurance?
Yes, we are. We are covered by Public Liability insurance to the value of $20 million to protect our clients, and Workers Compensation to protect our staff. A certificate of currency can be supplied upon request.

What are your hourly rates?
With each job being different, our prices will differ, dependent on many factors. Focused on Cleaning will customize a service with your specific needs in a personalised, professional quote.

How experienced are your cleaners?
Our staff are provided with the most up-to-date cleaning methods. All have come highly recommended and have proven themselves before we allow them on site, in theory and practical application. When arriving on site, they are then given site specified training so that they know what your expectations are.

Will I have the same cleaner all the time?
Yes, you will.  So you can rest easy knowing that the person who arrives to clean each time, knows your site and what duties are required. if we should change your cleaner for any reason, we will make sure that you are notified.

Will the cleaning affect the operations of my business?
