Our Deluxe Carpet Steam Cleaning Package is an intense carpet clean used to bring carpets back to their former glory or for homeowners who appreciate extremely well presented carpets. This is a great treatment for those with Axminster and other high wool carpets.   

Most carpets take 2-4 hours to dry fully. This depends on the soiled state of the carpet, as dirtier areas may require more cleaning and in turn, take longer to dry.

The Deluxe Carpet Steam Cleaning Package

The Deluxe Clean is a 10 step Process:

1. Initial inspection: Carpet should have a basic vacuum to pick up the majority of the litter and make it easier for the inspection to be carried out accurately.
2. Pre vacuum: Our commercial strength upright vacuum then gives the carpet a powerful clean to remove further dirt in the pile.
3. Move furniture: Only furniture able to be moved is moved and in most cases, it only needs to be slightly from side to side. Foam blocks are then placed under most furniture to prevent damage to furniture or carpet.
4. Pre spray and basic spot stain removal: The carpet is prepared with the appropriate carpet cleaning agent suited to the material or soiling. Basic Spot Stain removal is carried out during this process also. Advanced stain removal like ink, grease, paint of food dye is additional.
5. Agitate: For high traffic areas, a motorised scrubber is used with a soft bristle pad to penetrate deep into the pile of the carpet. All other areas have the cleaning agent brushed in, for a deep clean, to the bottom of the pile.
6. Machine clean: Our powerful truck mount uses the Steam Cleaning Process to clean and sanitise and also rinses the carpet to remove all cleaning agents.
7. Deodorise: We then spray a deodoriser to give a fresh smell or an Odourcide to trap any bad odours caused by smoking or pets.
8. Rotary Dry Pad: this picks up left over soils and drys the carpets even quicker.
9. Reset pile: The pile is then reset, allowing it to stand straighter for longer and enables quicker drying times.
10. Blow dry: This process can sometimes require a more intense amount of steam cleaning and in turn, can take a little longer to dry on its own. To prevent the drying time from taking longer than 2-4 hours, we use portable air movers that can reduce the dry time to 1 hour
